For the launch of McCafé new espresso line, we created the “Nothing Comes Before Coffee” campaign which we designed to live beyond the initial new product launch. We wrote hundreds of scenarios and landed on these six National TV spots. Nothing Comes Before Coffee.

National Coffee Day
McDonald's wanted us to come up with a way to increase store traffic on National Coffee Day. So we looked at the current coffee consumption world rankings and the U.S. currenlty sits 20th. Well, that's just unacceptable. So we created a series of videos to encourage people to drink more coffee to help raise our ranking.

Black Friday
For Black Friday, McDonald’s asked us to do something on social media that would generate some attention and possibly PR headlines for McCafé. So on the morning of Nov. 24 we tweeted this:

Then, brands like Wendy’s and other people started criticizing McDonald’s for it’s “mistake”, but what they didn’t know was that everything was part of our “Nothing Comes Before Coffee” campaign.
